Life Rhythms is very honored to facilitate a world drum circle for the residents in the memory care facility Thursday June 5th 2014 at The Mather LifeWays Senior Living building in Evanston, IL. We will be incorporating the Health Rhythms Protocol that was founded by Dr. Barry Bittman, Christine Stevens and Arthur Hull. Let the Music Wellness begin !!!!

LIFE RHYTHMS LIVE AT DANCE FOR DEMENTIA SUNDAY MAY 18TH 2014!!!
We had a very successful Life Rhythms experience at the Parkinson's Project last week during a one hour and fifteen minute class at Hubbard Street Dance Center in Chicago, IL. All participants were engaged and interested in continuing our program once a week during their modern dance classes. The classes are taught by Sarah Cullen Fuller (Founding Teaching Artist and former Hubbard Street dancer) and Kristen Gurbach Jacobson (Hubbard Street Youth and Family Programs Manager). These classes meet twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays from 2pm - 3:15pm and every 3rd Saturday afternoon from 2pm - 3:15pm.
It was a great honor to learn drum circle facilitation techniques from Arthur Hull, Christine Stevens, David Van Dorn & Alyssa Janney during Remo's Health Rhythms Protocol Basic Training Seminar in Valencia, California January 31st - February 3rd 2014. I will never forget this experience of meeting drum circle facilitators alike from all over the world coming together to build strong lifelong bonds through the art of group drumming.
